I recently visited this salon for a big chop, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I was a little nervous about cutting my hair into a bob, but Ying was absolutely wonderful. He was so gentle and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. My hair looks amazing! The salon itself is lovely—it has such a warm, comfortable atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Every single staff member was welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. I actually live in Mackay, but I’ve already decided that every time I’m in Brisbane from now on, I’m coming back here. If you’re looking for professional, friendly, and high-quality service, I cannot recommend Tyco. Creative enough!

I feel like my before and after photos speak for themselves!!! I have thick, frizzy hair and with Brisbane humidity I honestly didn’t think I could survive another summer with this fluffy mess. I’d heard keratin treatments were amazing but I wasn’t 100% sold… until now! My hair has never been this straight, this shiny OR this healthy in my life. I actually cannot get over the results. If you’re looking for an incredible hairdresser in Paddington, I cannot recommend Terry and Ying at Tyco Creative enough! 10/10!

I honestly cannot recommend this salon enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness by all the staff, they truly make you feel comfortable and cared for straight away. Emmanuel was absolutely amazing. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he really takes the time to listen and understand exactly what you want. His attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for what he does really shows in the final result. I walked out feeling so confident and refreshed! He completely exceeded my expectations! The entire team creates such a welcoming and positive atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do.

Today we went to Tyco Creative for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. The studio is beautiful, everyone is so friendly, it’s very clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. I brought my mum, who came from overseas to get her hair done; she’s used to the standards in Italy. Emanuele took care of her with a cut, shampoo, blow-dry, and a treatment, and it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed — they even offered us drinks, the aperol spritz was lovely! Everyone was so kind and professional. Emanuele was amazing: he made my mum feel relaxed and comfortable, and she spent a couple of hours in total serenity, laughing and chatting. Her haircut and blowdry looks absolutely amazing. My mum is usually very hard to please, but she walked out super happy, which says everything. Thank you so much, Emanuele, for your wonderful service ❤️ so warm, personal, and at the same time extremely professional. You’re truly great. I highly recommend Tyco Creative. I’ll definitely be back. Five stars, and if I could give six, I would!

I have recently gone back to Ying and I’m so glad I did—his quality of work and knowledge of all things hair are truly unmatched. The results reminded me exactly why I trusted him with my hair in the first place. On top of that, all the staff were incredibly friendly and the salon has such a welcoming atmosphere.
